Erase text from picture

That will be excruciatingly hard without the original file with its layers. The variety of textures and lighting conditions where all the text is situated means TONS of super-zoomed-in clone brushing, with a bunch of healing brushing after, and even then it will probably look funny (especially the "a" in "phase", because the smoke is part of the letter). Sorry

I need to move text from image but I can't do it... can anyone help me? pleaseeee!!!
I wan't that the background be white and to remove text "Prof. dr. sc." so that text under it stays there... sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand what I wanted to say!!! I tryed in Photoshop but I erased everything...

Thank you very much, I like the second one... can you please put it here without the red text? can you do me another favour and make it like a rubber stamp? so that it looks like the one that I put here, with the exact circles, but like a real stamp... font is Times New Roman, Croatian language (that is why it has Č and Š)... I am sorry for bothering you...
