Exporting jpg

My artwork goes outside the document size (A4). How can i best export a jpg file without having to crop it afterwards in photoshop? Is there an option in Illustrator to choose to export just what´s inside of the document frame?

Draw a rectangle outlining the exact area you want the JPEG to be. With the rectangle still selected, go to the object menu>crop area>make. Now export the JPEG and voila.
