Eye Dzign

Hi, I would like to know, how to make an eye dzign - that is when you place an image inside an eye, but it still looks very realistic. I saw that there is such tutorial on the net but it doesn't want to open the page. Please help me, it is important for my work! Thanks in advance.

Gently contrast the image inside the eye and sphereize it. Select the sphereized part and put it over eye and make it a lighten layer (the picture in the eye).

Edit: oh, yeah, select>color range and highlights choose that and press ok (on the image) use magic wand, left click and select inverse selection and go to edit>clear.
