File 1/0 error - help!

Hello, I keep getting the "file 1/0 error" message everytime I try and save an illustrator image to my flash drive. It's strange because I could save it to the flash drive the day before. I can however save it to my hard drive with now problem. Can anyone help?

Not sure what that is about... I guess I would just save it to my hard drive, and then transfer it to my flash drive....
