i've been reading tutorials about live paint, everything works great except when i change a path with the direct selection tool, the fill color doesn't follow the path change. and according to what i have read it should automatically update. any idea what might be going on here?
it also seems like when i modify the path, it creates a copy instead of just altering the original path i'm trying to change.. so once i applied the change there's a copy of the old one still there??? for now i'm just deleting the old one, but it shouldn't being doing that right? something fishy's going on..
please help.
