I dont know much about programming but i am trying to set up a small system using dreamweaver. I think its fairly simple to do but i can get my head around it.
I need to create two pages, one containing a text input field and the other containing a 2 columed table. The table contains website links and each has a unique numeric ID. When that ID is typed into the text box i would like the website for that ID to open. I have created a database in access and a spreadsheet of the data in excel. There will be about 1000 records which will need to be regularly updated in access and either linked to the page using the database or spreadsheet, or transfered into a seperate table on another page. I have tryed using an if function to relate the ID to opening the webiste, but cant seem to advance much further.
Any ideas suggestions would be greatly appreciated
