Hi and welcome to DEVPPL.
Press CTRL+R to import an image. In the top of Flash you have a timeline, click on frame 20 and then F6 (i think) to make an empty keyframe, press ctrl+r again and import another image, continue like this and press ENTER or CTRL+ENTER to view your animation. |

F6 is correct
Once you get better at flash, you can even do more things like have the images fade in and out |

I haven't used Flash for over a year so I thought that it maybe could be missleading if I tried to explain, but I found a very good tutorial for fading images.
http://www.tutorials.cn/tutorial/8596/
Scrolling is really simple, import an image, click on frame 20, press F6, click on the image and move it horizontally. I'm not sure if you have to select it, but click on frame 1, hold shift down and click on frame 20, the whole animation should now be selected. Rightlick somewhere in the line in the timeline and click on the top-alternativ. I don't remember but it's something like 'Create Motion' or something like that. |

You can find many different subcategories to the Flash tutorials in the menu to the left. Just ask if you have any futher questions. I'm glad we could help you out. |

Make a circle, press F8 (I think) select button and press Enter. It coule also be CTRL+F8 (it was over 1 year since I used flash).
I don't remember how to then link it. And that depends on your version of flash aswell. |

| Add a background without a graph, and add a graph on a new layer, make sure that there is no background on the image with the graph (transperant). And I think you know how to move the graph-image in an animation. |

very well said, but the only thing is to remeber to make all of your items symbols...
If they are not symbols, they will not tween.
That is the biggest mistake that new flash users make |
