I would suggest either leave the DJ (and make him bigger) and get rid of the eye or make an upgraded version of the eye and get rid of the DJ

Or you can enlarge the DJ a little bit, make a new eye and enlarge it till it takes the whole pic and then make it 10% fill or something like that.I'm not sure if it'll look better but i guess it will

its way too busy to be used as a logo... i might use that as like a splash page to their website, but way too complicated for just a logo
