1) They are not your frameworks.
2) They're illegal.
And by illegal, yes I do mean illegal. If you are caught with such materials by your home country's appropriate forces, you will have to pay quite a large forfeit sum.
But not only that, also the ones who download these frameworks and use them for their own cards or wedding photos or etc., might also be fined, that depends on the country's laws.
So you see - you aren't really helping people, you're getting them into trouble, which you already are in.
