Girl Needs help with Photoshop pretty plzz!!

Ok so im repainting my motorcycle and i found a bike that i would like it to look similar to. If someone could work there magic and give me something close to it i would be so grateful. I have been trying to use photoshop but i suck so plz someone help me out and make the top pic as close as possible to the bottum. if you could just make the wheels blue instead of gold that would just make my day! plz guys i need some help i suck at this haha
