Good Forums?

Does anyone know of a good forums host that allows you to embed your forum into another page such as one on your own site? I know that PHPBB can do that and I signed up for one but I can't figure out how to embed it into my own page. Does anyone know how to embed a PHPBB forum or know of an even easier host that allows you to embed it? By embed, I don't mean upload to my own sever, I just want it to show up on my own site within the page.
