got blury picture. need help

Hey. I took this awesome picture in Las Vegas, but it turned out pretty blury. I was wondering if there is any way i can pay a profesional photoshopper to edit my photo to make it clear. I talked to a friend who knows a bit about photoshop, and she said that my photo couldn't be fixed with the sharpen tool, and that i should seek help from someone who really knows about this stuff. I don't wanna learn how to do it, i just wanna pay someone to get it done.

blurred is usually out of luck but it depends on the result you're looking for

hard to say without seeing the pic, but it could probably be fixed up a little bit, whether that is enough for you is the question

Ok. But do you know of any service that specializes in fixing photographs for people, or anything like that, that i can email or check out? I can't upload the pic cause the forum only allows me to upload an 1mb or less JPG file

if it real blurry..... not a whole lot can be done... however if we can seee the picture at least we can tell you to whaqt degree it may or maynot be improved... you don't rip off....

I know i don't have the skill.....

i can see why you like it retouched........ a nice momento...
but it is very blurry .... you can sharpen most of the background where it looks significant better ... but the big problem is the faces... there a not enough detail there ecerything there is extremely blurry...... ... it would take a lot of work and various techniques, to bring out the details there, sharpening alone won't do it..... and i don't have the skill....

by any chance do you have any picture of the group but only where you were closer...? even if the shots is sort of segmented some thing can be done using all the images..

if no one jumps in try retouchpro.com ... there a lot of professional very talented pshoppers people there and that thier forte' ... retouching and repair images....

what ever work they do,, i don't thhink it will be a nice sharp clean picture.... but i think it's salvagable....

jerry is right if you have the faces of those people it could be improved but without seeing them how would anyone know what they look like
