groups of buttons validation

i have a php script that shows many radio buttons groups that depend on mysql results which means that sometimes there might be two groups and other times might be more or less. how can i validate these groups nomatter how many are they just to check that user doesn't forget a group that he doesn't check. is there a way to do that ???
