Grunge dirt type background

Hi, im trying to create a dirt grunge type background like the yellow bit in this image:



Most of the tutorials im looking at talk about grunge effects but thats not really what i want since i need more detail and not the big cloud effect from the grunge ones, the best way to describe it would be old paper? Any help or a pointer in the right direction much appreciated.
