Has this image been shopped? I think someone may have added in the hand, sleeve, and sign.

I think you are correct but that resolution makes it very hard to tell.I looked a every pixel I see a few discrepancies that put it in question.My money is on chopped.

but the pic seems to be taken from a cell phone so as idad says resolution makes it tuff to tell completely. the focus points of the hand =/sign with the rest of the image seems legit to me.

Only real way is for Mike to get off the computer and try to meet her!!
