Help exposing license plate

Is there anyone that can help me in exposing the license plate in this picture? I have tried everthing I can think of, but my skills are not up to the task. I would appreciate any help.

No sorry, it doesn't work like it does on movies unfortunately.
This would only be possible if the number plate print was captured on the photo and in this case it is not.

7uk3 is correct there is no part of the plate number in the image not even a partial number

fuzzy numbers is very difficult to do anything here =/
