 Post subject: Help how do u do outer glow?? (im newbie)

hiya my outer glow dosent seems to be working ive selceted the part, pressed blending options clicked on outer glow and everything and pressed ok, but nothing to the selected part happens
could anyone help a newbie out? lol

Mess with outer glow options like opacity choke and size. I am guessing opacity is 0% or choke and size is 0. Try boosting those.

Oh sorry! I meant spread! Choke is the inner glow counterpart of it! Sorry.

ty!! hmmm it seems to work but the glow dosent work on the circle it does it to the whole sheet making a boarder lol, anyone know how to fix this? :D the circle is selected~by the way

Screw around with size and spread. If spread is too high its more border like if size is too high then it fades out too far. lower size and spread try spread 0 size 3 or something.

If that doesn't work. Make a new layer (ctrl + shift + n) and make your circle in this layer. Use the glow option again (on this new layer) and it should work.
