HELP im a begginer

if one will kindly help me with a project ive been procrasinating on i would greatly appreciate thx. im trying to start a site for flash games but i dont know where to start or ne thing and i dunno if its possible considering how the only internet i have is through my school computer.. which has blocks so if ne one could provide me with some help i would appreciate it

first of all what does "procrasinating" mean ?

anyway, to design a profesional website you will need a graphics software, looking at your situation you probably wont be able to get one unless your school has one. I surgest one of the following...

- Photoshop (costs alot)
- Macromedia Fireworks (Costs alot)
- GIMP (FREE, google it )

Baring in mind once you have one of them you will not be able to instantly make a good website, you will have to learn how to use the progam.

Once you have a design you will need to slice it in your graphics program.

Then you will need a webpage development progam such as Microsoft Front Page or prefrably Macromedia Dreamweaver... or just notepad if you are very confident with your HTML.

Then you have to add all your content to your website.

Finaly you will have to buy a domain and some server space to host your website on. This will be about £5 a month with a one of £10 for domain (minimum)

And baring in mind that you probably cant download, upload or buy things using a school computer you have a problem... although you could use a proxy server and tbh i think it would be a big job to do in school time.

are there some free domains where i can test my website like i don't really know much about html codes so i would like to see it online

use http://www.freewebs.com upload your images folder and copy your html into the html bit
