Help Needed Please!!

I'm trying to make a logo for my fantasy football team and was wondering if anyone who's better w/ photoshop than me could help me out... Basically I just want the man's head (franco harris) on the Black and Yellow uncle same outfit. I would greatly appreciate it!

I'd be glad to help you, but i'm off to festival here tomorrow, won't be back before 7 days.

I'm sure someone else will help you though, or at least guide you through how to do it.
My first question would have been: Do you want Franco's head outlined like the dog's?

No... I just want his head normal, and to look like he's wearing the suit

I gave it a try though I don't have any free time to make it more detailed.. The lines are 'pixelated' to fit the other lines of the suit. He's supposed to be wearing something white around his neck
