I am new to Java script and I am in learning phase . Iam try to develop a webpage simillar like the link shown below .

Here in this link we will find the page load with Services , Software and an Image . But if you click the subheading of Service ( For eg IT services ) a corresponding part generates right to that link . I would love to do this concept in my development webpage .I would like to know about the terminology they used this page and how to develop it .
