Help please :)

Im trying to make the outline of this image thicker and full, I was just wondering if there is an easier way than just going over it with a brush?

Is the background of the image transparent?
If so, you can just apply a stroke to it. If its not, then as iDad sad pen tool or Lasso would be your best bet, then Stroke again.

You also might try a black outer glow, might look cleaner.

I don't know if this would be of any help to you but I've redrawn your original and saved it as a transparent png for you.

PS: Clever photobucket. :x Put the black outlined image onto a black background!
But it IS there.
