An easy thing is to upload your image on imageshack.us [max 1mb]. When you've pressed "host it" it will give you a serie of opportunities. The one you want to paste into you signature would be "Hotlink for forum (1)". If you want to show a picture just once, copy the "Show image to friends" and paste it into a message ;)
