that's my website layout that i have planned but i can't make it..........
can some one help me and make an html code for this?
with some explanation on how to use it and edit it?

i know it's not incision free and i know that i sound like a newb but help me out here pleople?! please?

and you don't have to add the cool buttons...

I think you should try some of the HTML editors. There are for example Frontpage and Dreamweaver that's really common. Play around with them a big and you will get the hang of it.

Since you are a beginner, I suggest that you play around with tables and design your site with tables.
