Heres my problem,
When i try to do the animation , i get my original photo and add a new layer. But when I add something to the second layer it shows up on the first layer, it does this with every layer, so its just one animation of the original photo.

elcaptainshepherd - you need to duplicate the layer... then change it on the different layer |
