Help with Brushes

Hey, I need help with some brushes(ones that I downloaded) its got nothing to do with installing etc though.
All I want to do,is know how to make a mirror image of that brush,like if i put a mirror on the edge of it

Dual brushing ?
You can find this option in the brush presets (f5 I think ..)
