Help with music video

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way of making one of these http://www.testroete.com/index.php?location=head
In 3d studio max?

I need it for a music video I'm making so if anyone wants to help out I can't pay you but I can give you a credit at the end of the video or a link to your website etc
I'm pretty new to 3d studio max so any help would be apreciated
