hi guys,
A newbi here. I need help! i am trying to make a Plugin with which i am able to go on any website and i will get the target URL from the link in my plugin and display it on the screen.when i bring my mouse on it. I know i will have to use the mouse over to specify which link i want the target link for, but i have no idea what to do to get the properties of a link so i can display the traget link in my plugin as i also have to compare the link to my database.

Is there a tag i need to use to get the href contents. I am not sure which lang to use J-script / VB script / simple HTML.
