Hi people i am trying out every forum to find out how this effect has been done no luck so farr, if anybody knows how to do this effect please help me out and a tutorial would be great thankyou people.

Exactly what effect is it that you want a tutorial on?

hi webmaster, the effect i want is the cartoony effect, as you can see the rappers face is very smooth and soft i would like to acheive this effect.
i like the way his clothing is done aswell, along with his jewlary.

I personally think this is a drawing scanned and then filled in with looks like illustrator. Different lighting effects can be done through 3D emboss i believe.
It could also be an air brushed picture with after touches through photoshop or illustrator.

Just my 2 cents.
