i think he's looking for the 3d effect,
that one that wen you put some 3d glasses on, you get a real 3d picture

am i right?

I don't think you can create a 3-d image with a filter. It's probably a lot of work to make an animation like that.

The star wars hologram could probably be made by cutting out obi-won from another image, pasting him to this image, adding a color overlay, lowering his opacity, and adding some texture (looks like horizontal lines on that image).

For the other one: If it can be made in PS, I dont know how.

for me, i thinks its not a 3d. you can do that but lot of works for that animation hehehehehe
