How can i recreate this underline

Firstly download the image and zoom in 2000% so u can see the detail and see what i make. You can see it at 100% zoom. I want to create the underline thats under the text with the top layer a darker color than that of the layer below it, how can i do it?

hi,
one of the issues i noticed with the underline is that it only 1 pixal in height ...

I am not very good however... with that image i think what i would do....
1. delete the present green underline.....
2. make 2 dup blank layers.. draw line, 2 pixals or or four in width) of one color on one layer and a different line color on the other layer ..
3. then overlap one color over the other by about 1/2
4. at this point you will see a two tone color line..... and
5. then do a merge visable....
6. at this point use your transform to reduce that 2 pixal wide line down to just 1 pixal .....
7 .. then just position and do any other adjustments of the line under the words

i hope that something what your looking for and maybe some one will jump and offer a better meatnod

I used the pentool drew the lines then erased using the rec/ Marquee tool
