I am making a map for a person in Illustrator CS2
I have roads turning into each other and where one road is
there is another that has the end of another road on top of it and instead of merging its misaligned and not looking good
Its just the Orange roads i want to make them gently merge and look like one road system. I want to stick with Vectors and not take it into Photoshop and rasterize it. This thing needs to be very clean looking

If there is a tutorial out there point me to it
Thanks

I would make the orange roads first with the pen tool
then add the black outline on a seperate layer or maybe even use masks
at the intersections to get a smooth join..
Sorry but I havent seen any tutorials on this ..
