How do I link to a video on my server using javascript?

I want to link to a video (camtasia / html file) that sits on my server. I want to use javascript to open the video up in a new pop up window. What is the proper way to link to my video using javascript? What might the code look like inside a table cell?

I managed to work it out but I have one question: how do I get the new window to open up in the middle of my screen rather than the top left hand side? Is there a javascript command for this? Thanks
