how do i make this bent paper?

I want to know how this paper was made. I found it as I was surfing the internet.

I'd like to learn so I could apply this to other things too. Thanks!

no, they can't have drawn it. the lines on the paper are too symmetrical and perfectly rounded.

Draw your own piece of paper or get a picture of it.
Then try edit>transform>warp.

I don't have CS2, how do I do it with regular CS?
