How to design this ?

Hello friends;

Hi recently saw a webpage but couldnt understand how it is designed. So I took the snap of that and thought to share it with you.
There is two things I want to know how it is done.
1) Border with shadow (Shadow is seen only on 2 side of rectangle border)
2) Texts with in the border.

Use the drop shadow filter>LayerStyle>DropShadow
