How to get this look?

I'm wondering what steps I could take to add this look to my photos. I've been looking around and haven't really found anything exactly like it. Could you please list the steps or link me to a tutorial? Thanks in advance!

hi,
I don't think there a particular name for this.

it sort of reminds me of a old wash out/fade photo where there a colorshift..
there a lot of tutorials on aging photos or to fade photo, etc...

now with this I actually returned the image to what I thought was
it more prestine image... where things clear and sharp and bright

what I did was experiment.. and what i came upwith
1. i did a s- curve adjustment to help mute the colors and shift the color..
2. then i applied just tinge of serpia ...
3. idon'tknow if you have this feature but there a exposure feature.... adjusting the "offset" setting sort ofgive a washed out look to the image..

hope that helps
