It's just the photograph. When it comes to males, especially celebrities there is not much post processing that needs to be done but I'm sure there were some adjustment to make him pop such as adding contrast etc.

The gloss on his skin is the only possibly artificial thing I see on him, but that looks like it was done by hand with a Dodge brush so there is no specific filter I can point you to.

Just cut out a picture and up the contrast and it should be close.
