how to show the content in new tab as like IE BROWSER

Hi Folks,
I have a challenging task like while clicking on Button the content should displayed in new tab in the browser as like while selecting open in new Tab(while right click in IE browser) in java script.I have tried many examples and every examples they've given to download IEControl from MSDN.But i couldn't able to do so.the page is out of date to download that control.Could anyone help me out this task.
