How to use font without installing?

Hello I want to use this font family "district thin" . which one normally not install in all system....
There are any solution that i am able to use this font style with out installing in client computer...
My website is Pure html.

right now, you can do this by embedding the font files, however, it is currently not very compatible with browsers, but is expected to be more compatible in the future.
However, another method would be to use javascript to use tons of divs, and images/image locations to simulate the font. However, people would have a difficult time copying data, and search engines would not like it.
