The image of the girl looks really, really clear. Lines are smooth, precise, color fillings are perfect.
Could anyone here guess what tools was this image made with?
I would like to know which tool(s) might have been used, so I could start practising using them.
My first guess is that vector images in photoshop were used here, but I'm not sure if that's so...
I'd be very grateful if someone could tell me how to achieve such beautiful, clear, precise image. (which tools to use, and/or which program(s)).
