Does anyone know of a Windows text editor other than notepad that I can use to write HTML? I'm looking for something that color codes the text like Text Wrangler for Macs.

No I don't think there is...

but you might try looking into Dreamweaver if you're getting confused by your code.

I use a program called Notepad2. It's like Notepad (actually uses the same icon), but it shows line numbers, color codes your document (based on what type of file extension you are working on. I use it for Java, HTML, PHP, CSS, and many others.), and much more. It's also a very small program (540 KB) so it is very fast to startup and no install is required.

Here's the homepage for the program.

Holy crap! I love it!!!

The only reason I was really using Dreamweaver was because of it's easier to deal with indenting and spacing. This just happens to perform the only function that I care about. Thanks so much for the post! I am a Notepad2 convert :)
