I can't understand what's happened

Hi guys, i'm new in 3dsmax and i'v just finished a woor, but there is a problem, it seems that the rendering dosn't show the shadows and i can't understand why, can you help me please, there's a picture for better understanding the problem, thank you in advice

ok guys i'v solved that problem deleting the omni light and adding it again, however persists the problem of the colours of the rendered image, as you can see the colours appears faded, how can i solve this? thank you in advice

it could be a problem with the render settings but which ones? help me please
