I m new

Hi I m new in falsh. After making a project i can not save it. When I clcik on "save as" it shows me two options. But if i save from any of them and try to open the saved file it opens with flash program. How can i save it so that I can see the output?

Once you have saved it as a FLA file which is the editable version you should keep.

You can click file the export movie.

Or just by veiwing the movie it makes the SWF version of the file too. (The one that plays the movie)

You do this by pressing Ctrl and Enter at the same time wilst looking at your FLA file.

then select animated gif

thanks.I have done it. But when I save in gif I see it looses quality. So which format is best for web? And should I make script also to show my flash movie in website? Wht if some one has not installed flash player to view the clip? So as I m beginner which is the best for me. I like to mention here that I will make animation for web. Plz suggest me.

i would export as SWF and HTML, because it will make the SWF file (which is the best quality) and HTML (which will automaticly embed the SWF

But in Photoshop or image ready i don't find any option of saving in Swf. Plz would u be more specific? I am very new.
