IE7 issue - last nested div not displaying!

The last div (nested) that contains the bottom shadow graphic and the copyright notice are not displaying in IE7. It shows up in FF fine, but not in IE7.

Should be self explanatory once viewed in both FF and IE7. Not sure what the problem is. I know I will have to 'hack' IE to get it to display, but I have tried several things to no avail.

Any ideas?

I have yet to figure out the problem. Can anyone offer up some advice?

I fixed it. Had to take the background and out of CSS and put it inside div and create another div with negative padding for text.........
