Image Recovery after crash???

Curious if this is possible; I know it was dumb on my part to work so long without saving, but Photoshop has NEVER crashed on me before! Sounds weird but its true. I know there's a way to recover the last file you were working on in Microsoft Word, but couldnt find anything similar in Photoshop. Am I doomed to repeat all my hard work, or did I miss some fabulous way to recover work?????

As far as i know, there is no auto-recovery feature. Ya just have to get used to hitting CTRL+S on a regular basis.

i agree with tombothetominator get used hitting the CTRL+S. theres no recover in photoshop. you have to repeat work from the start
