imageready is pissing me off- png2gif?

i started with a png as the image that i opened and created an animation out of that but not i cant fucking save as a gif! plz help me with this.

You have the animation in ImageReady? Isn't there an option like File > Save Optimized As.. or something?

no theres not. this is really stupid. adobe, THE #1 graphics program manufacturer (in my oppinion) didnt relize people would convert png to gif. hell even microsft paint can to png2gif.

I think that what you have to do is -
File -> save as -> change PSD to GIF

dude im not an idiot, theres no option to change the fileformat you save to. its either psd or the format you opened (unless it was a cideo, those get saved as gifs).

just create a new PSD by importing the png onto it... then switch to imageready, and animate
