I don't think you got the difference between animated gif and flash animation. An animated image could be done in many different programs, for example photoshop. A flash animation is made in Macromedia Flash or any likeley program.

I am facing problem with image made in photoshop. When I save it in JPG or in anyother format a white background makes problem when I import the image in Flash. How can I get ride of it? How can get only image without its border or background in falsh.

Use Imageready for animated gifs it comes with photoshop so it's pretty easy to port between PS and IR.
