IRM include_path error

IRM include_path error

Postby bussxr on Mon Jun 05, 2006 2:02 am

Hi,

I am currently installing and configuring IRM 1.5.7 asset management software on my server. The system set-up is as follows:

- Linux Suse 10 Operating System
- Apache 2.0
- PHP 4.4.0 (with mysql extensions)
- MySQL 4.1.13
- PEAR BASE 1.4.0a1
- PEAR MDB 2.3.0
- PEAR TreeMenu 1.2.0

I installed everything except PEAR through the YAST control centre (I installed PEAR through the pear ‘install’ command). I know that all these programs are working (I have other PHP-MySQL programs working on the server).

When I get into the ‘admin.php’ page – everything works but when I do a Health Check it states:

The current directory (‘.’) does not appear to be in your include_path

When I try to ignore this error and proceed to the ‘login.php’ page (and it diverts me to ‘index.php’). The following error appears:

Warning: main (include/i18n.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/www/htdocs/irm-1.5.7/lib/IRMDB.php on line 4

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘include/i18n.php’ (include_path = ‘usr/share/php’) in /srv/www/htdocs/irm-1.5.7/lib/IRMDB.php on line 4

I realise that these missing files are in my IRM directory, but it is not an option to copy all my IRM files into the directory as I have other programs using this PHP directory and it disrupts them.

How do I change my include_path directory to the current directory? What can I do?

I am not a PHP or IRM or PEAR expert and I need help!!!!!

Kindest Regards,

Stephen
