Is there would be any trouble with hard disk if we format it again and again......

Only low level format (not zerofill which is perfectly safe). Normally low level format is done only in factories, it requires special hardware and software and therefore cannot be done by regular users.

Formatting, both quick and full, cannot damage a hard drive, you can format as much as you like.
