JAVA Appelet & PHP, MYSQL

Postby gregorious on Fri Mar 16, 2007 12:59 pm

I use a 3D program called Wirefusion (by Demeicron) to put low polygon models on the web, it creates a Java Appelet. I want the interactive model to tap into my MYSQL database.

Here is commerical building model that I built http://www.forthosewhowait.com/demicron/multimedia-3D-officespace.htm. Each room has button on the floor and tool tip with the suite number. I am haveing a difficult time setting up the JAVA/MYSQL connection.

There is weak tutorial on the Demeicron support forum, and I have read other JAVA/MYSQL tutorials, but I can't to get my mind around the installs and configurations.

Can someone give me a simple idea on the requirements for connecting a JAVA Appelet to MYSQL?
