Jumpy text in a tween?

Jumpy text in a tween?
My quotes in the wide banner seem to jump around and I am curious if there is a way to fix or minimize that? I am in the learning process, so I am trying to absorb as much as I can.

The "We do it right" quote and the phone number seem to wobble.

yes

1. Make sure the text is set to "Static" in the properties pane, not input or dynamic

or

2. "Break Apart" the text, so it is actually vector shapes, not text. select the text box and hit "ctrl+b" a couple times (or cmd+b is on a mac)

Have you actually downloaded his fla and tried this ur self because i dont think changing the text to static would make the foggiest bit of difference!!
